Finding your Why….

Finding your purpose could be challenging, but nevertheless rewarding!

I have found mine in a painful, but reveling way. I always said that life is 10% of what happens to you, and 90% of how you react to!

I had learned, applied the positive and acted upon my experiences. Exposing my feelings with my open heart , and bringing to the world, not only that ,but my whole experiences to rise awareness about Heart Disease and how all it is connected. The physical aspect, the emotional aspect, and spiritual aspect.

I invite all of you to find my story, read, learn, and teach others! That is my mission! Keep the message going! Touching as many souls as starts are in the sky. Namaste!

Encontrar tu proposito en el vida puede ser un desafio, pero al mismo tiempo gratificante.

Yo he encontrado el mio de una manera dolorosa, pero reveladora. Siempre digo que la vida es 10% lo que te sucede, y 90% de como uno reaciona a lo que nos sucede.

Realmente me tengo que preocupar?

Que es lo que te preocupa diariamente inabilitandote de estar feliz y estar en paz ?

Pongamos las cosas en perspectiva. Detente y piensa. Pon todas tus preocupaciones en la mesa.

Tu vida Profesional ? Encuentra algo para hacer que no solo te provea economicamente, pero que tambien te de Felicidad. Lo que recibas a cambio no tendra precio.

Amor ? Aprende a amar sin esperar nada a cambio, tu corazon te lo agradecera. Solo ama, sin expectativas, sin juicios, solo ama incondicionalmente.

Salud ? Manten una mente positiva! Encuentra al menos una cosa por la que puedas sentirte agradecido/a y manten eso, como tu guia para una version tuya mas saludable.

Finanzas ? Aprende a vivir simplemente, mientras mas posees, mas te enfocas en mantener y adquirir mas.

Encuentra una manera para dicernir tus preocupaciones, date cuenta que como humanos nos preocupamos mas de lo necesario. Creando un estres que nos enferma el alma y la mente. Se una version mas saludable! deja que las cosas fluyan.

What it is really bothering your everyday ability to enjoy and find peace?

Let’s put things on perspective. Stop and think. Lay all your worries on the table.

Career ? Find something to do that provides you happiness, and the paid off will be priceless.

Love ? Learn to love without attachments, your heart will thank you. Just love, without expectations, without judgements, just love unconditionally!

Health ? Keep a positive mind! Find at least one thing that you can be grateful for, and maintain that as your light to fight for a healthy version of yourself.

Finances ? Learn how to live simpler, the more we have, the more our minds are immersed in trying to keep and have more.

Find an avenue to take apart your concerns, and see that we humans worry more than we need. Letting our minds to build an unnecessary stress that sickest our bodies and minds. Be a healthy you! Let things flow.
